AI shopping is brand new
The protocols agents use to shop (UCP, ACP and MCP) are new and still changing, and so is what AI platforms read and which crawlers they send. We update our checks as they change, and Monitor re-checks your store every day.
Your catalogue keeps changing
Every new product is a new page for agents to read. Clean keeps checking your catalogue, new and edited products included, so missing barcodes, prices or images are caught before they cost you a recommendation.
Things break quietly
A plugin update, a theme change or a new firewall setting can block AI agents overnight, and nothing on your shop looks different. Monitor emails you when your score drops or a serious problem appears.

How much does Proxa cost?
Each module is priced on its own: Monitor £15/month, Clean £15/month, Insights £10/month, for catalogues up to 2,500 products. Larger catalogues (up to 10,000 products) cost 2 times as much. Annual billing gets 2 months free. No VAT is charged. The agent-readiness check is free for any store.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A store’s first plan starts with a 14-day free trial. We take your card at checkout and charge nothing until the trial ends; we email you a reminder a few days before. Cancel any time before then from your account and you pay nothing.
Which module do I need?
Monitor if you want to know when AI assistants stop seeing your store properly: it checks every day and emails you when something breaks. Clean if your product data has gaps: it checks every product and gives the fix for each. Insights if you want to see which AI agents visit and the sales they send (WooCommerce and Magento stores). Most stores start with Monitor and Clean.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Monitor and Clean work with any store from the outside. On WooCommerce and Magento, our plugin and module add checks from inside the store, Insights, and a dashboard in your store’s admin, at no extra cost.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account whenever you like; your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, and nothing more is charged.
I run several stores. How does that work?
One account can hold several stores. Each store has its own plan and licence key, and you switch between them in your dashboard. Agencies looking after client stores can also apply to our partner programme.
